Message but that blew..the VQ isn't that strong..it would need to be heavilly built to withstand the punishment..and at the time..those parts just weren't available yet. He swapped to the SR20DET because he was very familiar with it and it's a much lighter motor with a plethora of parts available..it's easy to make 400whp without much trouble and have it be reliable which is more than enough power for that chassis and the balance is great for drifting..he loves it.
